The Ciao Training system consists of three
components. The first component is the onsite training provided
during initial installation by the Ciao Reseller network. Ciao
resellers, in turn, are provided initial training by Ciao Tech Support
personnel, receive additional training at an annual retreat and receive
periodic training materials on new and changed features.
The second component of the Ciao training system is the Ciao Training
Series, a set of tutorial documents designed to walk a user through
various steps in the installation and use of ciao in a progressive
manner.
The third component of the Ciao training system is Ciao Resident and
Non-Resident Training Courses offered by Ciao University. The Ciao
Non-Resident Training courses are currently under development.
When completed, this system will allow users to methodically train in
various aspects of Ciao and take an examination leading to certification
in the Ciao system. Ciao Resident Courses are available at our San
Antonio office on an irregular basis depending on demand.
